Return and Refund Policy

1. We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, on rare occasions, products may be found to be faulty or defective.

2. You receive a faulty/defective/physically damaged product, report the issue to Claritus within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Packages that are obviously damaged should be refused at the time of the original delivery attempt. If damaged Products are accepted from the carrier, contact Claritus within 48 hours after receipt of shipment to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pickup of the damaged Products.

3. Return or refund will only be considered ones the concerned customer has produced relevant evidence with regards to the issue raised.

4. Return and Refunds shall be subject to testing and verifying the alleged fault by the authorized person of Claritus.

5.On receipt of the returned product, we will test it to identify the fault you have notified to us. If following the testing process, the product is found to be in good working order without defect, we will return the product to you, and the carriage costs of this return will be your responsibility.

6. Unless otherwise provided by the terms of a particular Service offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that Claritus Consulting has charged you in error, you must contact us within 7 days of such charge.

7. If you are dissatisfied with your items, you may return them for a full refund of the transaction value or exchange of the product. Claritus Consulting will levy a charge amounting to 10% of the transaction value on account of shipping charges and payment charges.

We cannot and will not accept packages without an RMA.

To return your merchandise, please email us at info@claritusconsulting.com with the following information:

a. The full name of the person to whom the order was billed.

b. Your order number and/or PO number (if you received one)

c. The approximate date of order placement

d. The items that you wish to return.

e. A reason for return, if the items are defective

You will hear from us within 1-2 business days of receiving the return request. We cannot accept order returns via telephone, for security reasons.
